INDIANAPOLIS SUPERCROSS: CHANGING FORTUNES

Posted on

The Monster Energy Supercross season continued to be full of surprises at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indiana this week. Red Bull KTM’s Marvin Musquin was the flag to flag winner in the 450 class while Eli Tomac continued his win-or-crash policy with a mid-race get-off. Jason Anderson spent the whole race coming through the pack and continues his march toward the 2018 championship by turning even his worst races into solid finishes. In the 250 class, this was the new venue for the East-West shootout where riders from both sides of America meet. Jeremy Martin was the leader from start to finish there, while the respective points leaders suffered from falls and  poor gates. After the race, Martin was penalized 7 points for jumping while a red cross flag was displayed.
